September 24 Daniel is one year old and an accident...First off, sorry sorry sorry for not blogging, the fact is I've been so busy being a mummy and Daniel is one year old!!!
We had a party and invited family and friends, Daniel had a great time and so did we actually! He got some lovely presents and it was great fun!
I can't believe he is now a year old and I have been a mummy a whole year!
Anyhow onto other news. On the weekend past, Saturday night/early hours of Sunday morning I was getting into a taxi after a night out, (photo enclosed) when the taxi pulled away and I fell out. I had one foot in and the taxi driver pulled off, I screamed and then David shouted 'Stop my wife isn't in the car!'
The taxi driver was very apolagetic but wouldn't phone his boss to report our complaint so David phoned the police. I was very shaken up and my foot was numb so I didn't know whether I had hurt it or not, in the end an ambulance came to check me over and they said my ankle wasn't broken. Although I went over on it when I fell away from the car I seemed to twist my back which is now very sore. My left foot was also dragged along the road and my tights were ripped. What annoys me the most about this is how bad it could have turned out. I had taken my three inch heels off to get into the car as they were hurting my feet and I think that if I had had my shoes on I would have fallen and possibly been hurt worse. The taxi company in question, (can't mention their name for legal reasons), took details of my complaint the following day and said they would get back to me, which they haven't but its in the hands of my solictor now.
All I could think of at the time was, how am I getting away from this car without falling, I could have split my head open or worse fell under the wheel!
Anyhow thats all for now. I promise I'll try and blog again soon!

May 08 Daniel is eight months old!Daniel is now over eight months old and I'm really getting into a good routine with him now, we have our mealtimes and our playtime and our nap times all sorted and most days the routine works well, some days the routine goes out the window...
but its giving me a chance to spend time at the computer and work on updating my sites. I am working on a new layout for catanmax.com, featuring Daniel of course!
So stay tuned and I'll post here whenever I get that up and running.

x November 16 Looking after a baby is hard work!Hey all, this is my first entry in a while as Daniel is now home from hospital and I'm busy busy busy.
I can be honest and say its hard work but so much more enjoyable than going out to work, and I love being a mummy!
I have added some new photos of daniel to the album, he is very comfortable at home, and its good that he won't remember his time in hospital when he grows up
catx September 14 I've had my baby, its a boy!!!Last Tuesday, the 6th of September I was rushed to Antrim Area Hospital where I had my baby delivered by caesarian section at 10.56pm.
I had a boy, we called him Daniel Quinn and he was weighed at 3lbs and 2 ounces.
He is gorgeous and doing well in the special care baby unit at Antrim.
I will update when I can but I just wanted to post the excellent news for now and I've added some photos also.
Catx July 31 Not much goin on...Hey there, I haven't blogged in ages mostly because not much has been going on for a while in my life, as far as my pregnancy goes, I'm now 25 weeks on! And my maternity leave starts in four weeks time.
The baby is really active now and kicking and moving alot. Especially at nighttime and when I'm resting, so sometimes its hard for me to get comfortable. But its good to feel the baby move...
Website news, I haven't updated in ages. So if you have been stopping by I want to say thanks, even though I'm not updating I love to see your support on my tagboard or guestbook!
I will try and update the site soon, at the minute I've been so busy with baby stuff!

July 09 Crazy time!Well tonight I'm having an Avon party, you may know from my previous blogs that I'm an Avon rep and tonight I'm hosting a Summer party at my house and some friends are stopping by with their hard earned cash.
Its a good way to make a bit of extra summer cash and to show off some of Avon's products.
But at the minute I'm running around like I'm crazy trying to get organised for it. And I am ususally a well organised person but my pregnancy seems to have affected my brain cells!
I think I've lost quite a few actually!

xxx June 30 Long time no blog...Well its been a while from I blogged, and I can't say a lot has been going on, I've just not been in the mood for being online...sorry!
Anyhow on other news, I had my twenty week scan yesterday and it was excellent, honestly it was the best one ever, the baby was so big and he, i don't know the sex btw, was swimming about there like crazy, we seen so many poses, including, thumb sucking, thumbs up, a wave and at one point he put his hand over his groin when the sonographer tried to see whether he was a boy or a girl! it was so comical. and fantastic, but everything is looking great, the baby is growing well and i am now 20 weeks and 3 days, but they won't change my due date, it will still be the 14th of november,
so all is going well and time is marching in...
I've added the scan picture and its a bit blurry but it gives you the general idea...
catx June 20 Feelin' much better...Hey all, well I'm feeling so much better, still got a bit of the sniffles but no where near as bad as I was! On baby news, I got some new stuff at the weekend, went shopping with my mum and dad and as usual my mum went nuts and bought lots! Got some really cute stuff. Fathers day was on Sunday and my brother and I bought my dad a coffee maker. I made my dads card myself on the computer, (i know its sounds sad, but its more personal!), I also made David one from unborn, and Quinn, I bought him a nice lager glass, to break! He breaks everything! And I decided to get him some beer he'd never tried before, the one I picked was called Waggle Dance and had honey added into it. He said he liked it but to be honest I think he was just being polite! Anyhow he said he wouldn't buy it again because it was too expensive. So there. Anyhow not a great lot happening this week, Susie's birthday is Saturday night, so we are off out for that. So I'll let u know how I get on! Take care over and out catanmax xxx
June 13 Sicky bad...again!Yes I'm sick again, but this time I've got a real bad cold! Isn't it bad enough to be pregnant and feel sick, now I have to have this too! It all started around Thursday and on Friday I stayed in bed all day, Saturday I felt great, and then Saturday night I hardly slept because of coffing. Yesterday I was so so and today I woke up and my head is just banging. when you are pregnant you aren't allowed any type of anti biotic or stronge medicine, so I'm on plain paracetemol! Nightmare, its just as well I'm off work anyhow! catx June 06 Ebay crazy!Hey there, I'm kinda going ebay crazy at the moment. Its unbelievable what you can buy on there! It all started when my sister in law told me to look up wedding dresses, (ps we are both already married and have no use for one), but she couldn't believe how reasonably priced they were and we were astounded. So then I was browsing through and discovered that they sell holidays on there also! I was amazed at the prices. So I've now started looking at nursery stuff for my bundle of joy coming in November. June 01 sick todayHey there, this is gonna be a short one as I'm feeling a bit sick today, strange because I'm past morning sickness now, but tell me what pregnancy isn't complicated! Anyhow I had a real panic last night when I tried to delete some old pages from my ftp. I lost it all! Well it was still on my computer but all my webpages weren't online. I tell u I surely was worried. I finally found a way to get them all back online again though. I still don't know what went wrong but at least its fixed now. Panic over, and out. catanmax xxx May 31 new layout up and runningOk I got my new Matthew McConaughey layout up and running, it looks great, even if I do say so myself! In other news...I got a virus in this morning. It was sent as an attachment in an email i received, its not like me to let things like that through, and i did use my virus checker on it, and it said no virus detected, it was obviously well hid! I'm off now to do my avon order, its a biggie, so it will take me a while. But at least doing it online is quicker.
